In my thoughts, and particularly in my words, (in what I have done, and in what I have failed to do,) I like to think I capture a modern Anglo-Irish condition, a heady—oh so heady—mix of Guilt/paranoia and Safety first!
I was born in Birmingham to an English mother and an Irish father and we all moved to his homestead on the North Louth-South Armagh Border in 1983.
This blog began as part of my art and design websites. I am an artist and illustrator based in Dundalk. For my day job as a graphic designer I trade as Realign Design – realigned is an anagram of my name.
(My cover pic is a cyanotype I made from a photograph of me by Jim Baneham).
I am also very pleased to report that I have ears!
